Dedicated to the care of all skin types wanting to enhance their natural beauty, DressGreen provides a line of products made with ingredients from nature for pure user enjoyment. Only the highest quality ingredients go into each product to enhance the health and beauty of your skin. Each enticing scent is specially crafted, many with beneficial essential oils to not only treat your senses, but also to indulge your skin. Every item is packaged with care in a uniquely designed and recyclable container. And all of my products are handmade fresh from scratch, never from a base. Enjoy and hope to see you back soon!

Shipping
*GENERAL INFO: Now there's no need to worry about incorrect shipping calculations - our website is tied into the US Post Office's system to automatically calculate your shipping cost based on your location.  DressGreen cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing through the postal system - if you are an international customer, or have had issues with non-delivery in the past, please add Insurance on to your order (see below for details).

*US SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received, and always include free delivery confirmation within the US. (**DressGreen packages and ships orders every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday**). On some rare occasions, orders may take up to 10 business days to ship after payment is received.  Shipping options for within the United States include: First Class (delivery time of up to 7 business days under normal conditions), Priority Mail (delivery time of 2-3 business days under normal conditions), or Express Mail (delivery time of 1 business day under normal conditions). If you have had issues with non-delivery in the past, please add Insurance on to your order.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The buyer will be responsible for any and all duties, customs, local handling, and brokerage charges that may be incurred - please contact your individual country's post office for more information.  Note that international shipping can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks depending on your country's postal system and local holidays.  We also offer the option of shipping your international package by Priority Mail, which has an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days.  International Insurance is available for international packages shipped by Priority Mail.

*CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Please note that I've had several reports of longer-than-normal shipping times to Canada. The local post office has suggested that Canadian customs may be holding more packages than usual, resulting in *5-6 weeks* for packages to arrive at their destination. Please have patience with your local post people!

*EXPEDITED PROCESSING: If you're in a rush and need your order by a certain date, please contact me *before* checking out for time estimates and expedited processing fees.

*ADDITIONAL INFO: The shipping charges shown reflect the actual shipping cost as estimated by the US Postal Service (we do not charge extra labor handling costs). If we are able to package your order by a flat rate method that cuts down your shipping charges, we will refund the difference to you. To cut down on waste, invoices are not generally sent with orders, but can be included upon request at the time of purchase. If you would prefer your order packed "Green" (i.e. sans the extra paper and ribbon, and packed with reused boxes and wrap), please just let us know!


Payment Methods
DressGreen accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Echecks submitted through PayPal (if you pay by Echeck, your order will ship only after your Echeck has cleared and been processed).


Refunds & Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these products, DressGreen cannot accept returns. It is important to me that every customer is satisfied with their order, so if there is any issue, please contact me to discuss a replacement or credit.


Sales Tax
DressGreen is required to charge 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of MI.


Disclaimer
We are proponents of truth-in-labeling, and each item description contains the full ingredient listing. If you are unsure of allergies you may have to any of the ingredients, please consult a physician before using.  DressGreen cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or other conditions that result from the use of these products. All essential oils are used at skin safe rates, but please be aware: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, certain essential oils such as peppermint and sage should be avoided; if you have sun sensitivities, please note that citrus essential oils such as lime and lemon may cause photosensitivity; there are several essential oils that should not be used on children. If you have any serious health conditions, please consult your physician before using any product containing essential oils.

Please be aware that DressGreen products are not medications, and should not be used to prevent or treat any medical conditions. And although they may look and smell tasty, all DressGreen products should only be used topically and should never be ingested.

Like all skin care products, DressGreen products do have a shelf life. For best results it is recommended that you use most products within one year from the date you receive them, while products that do not contain a synthetic preservative should be used within six months of being received.
